Description

Ingredients
  • 800 g chicken
  • Black Pepper
  • 70 ml Soy Sauce
  • 1 Egg
  • 40 g cornflower
  • 80 ml water
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 3 tbsp chili paste
  • 2 tbsp Rice vinegar or normal
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 Pack of sticky rice
Instructions
  1. Take a pot ,add water and boil on medium heat
  2. Take rice and add to the pot
  3. Put the rice to the side and let it cook
  4. Dice chicken breast into cubes
  5. Add Black Pepper and 20 ml of soy sauce
  6. Add 1 Egg and mix it all completely until its fully coated
  7. Take a large box with a lid and put 40g cornflower inside and add chicken
  8. Shake really well until its all coated
  9. Then oven bake it on 210 C for about 12-14 mins
  10. While thats baking take a large pan and add 60 ml soy sauce to it
  11. 80 ml water
  12. 2 tbsp ketchup plus 3 tbsp chili paste
  13. 2 tbsp Rice vinegar or normal, and 2 tbsp honey
  14. Stir it all until it thickens
  15. Take the popcorn chicken once its done and add to pan and mix until its all coated around
  16. Take Chicken and mix with the rice
