Take a pot ,add water and boil on medium heat

Take rice and add to the pot

Put the rice to the side and let it cook

Dice chicken breast into cubes

Add Black Pepper and 20 ml of soy sauce

Add 1 Egg and mix it all completely until its fully coated

Take a large box with a lid and put 40g cornflower inside and add chicken

Shake really well until its all coated

Then oven bake it on 210 C for about 12-14 mins

While thats baking take a large pan and add 60 ml soy sauce to it

80 ml water
-
2 tbsp ketchup plus 3 tbsp chili paste

2 tbsp Rice vinegar or normal, and 2 tbsp honey

Stir it all until it thickens

Take the popcorn chicken once its done and add to pan and mix until its all coated around

Take Chicken and mix with the rice
