Instructions

  1. Cut and Peal the mango and put 100g of it in a bowl
  2. Depending on if you have a whole one or pieces put 100g of sliced and pealed Pineapple in a bowl
  3. Add 100g of Yogurt into a bowl
  4. Measure 50 ml of Coconut water in a beaker
  5. Add all these ingredients into the blender and add 10g of Honey onto
  6. Mix until it is smooth and optionally decorate with a mango or pineapple slice on the glass
