Boil Water and add in Potatoes. Let stand until completely soft and cooked

While potatoes are boiling chop up the onions into very small parts

Then now start to prepare the eggs and crack all 4 into a bowl and whisk thoroughly until pure liquid

Take a pan and fry onion bits on 9 of 10 High eat until golden brown

While thats happening take out potatoes. Peal and cut into thin slices

Add Potatoes to Onions and lower heat to 7 of 10

Once crispy and golden add the eggs over it and lower the heat to 6 of 10

When the egg is stuck to the Potatoes add Ham cubes and let everything come togetherThis is also where you add salt/Pepper
